Pokémon + Pick 10 = More Customization

Summary: A personal, solo design project I made for fun that played with the idea of what it would be like if the player had more control over the Pokémon they were picking in Pokémon Stadium 2. Being able to choose a Pokémon's moves, item, and special variables would have given the rental system a lot more depth to how players could have created their teams. Stadium 2 Is A Bit Hard: The player can pick rental Pokémon to form a team of six and enter gym battles and cups. However, there is a certain pattern to the rentals: Pokémon with low stats are given good moves and Pokémon with good stats are given very weak moves. Some of the opponents you face don't have these restrictions and later fights have Pokémon with both high stats and good moves that makes for challenging fights, sometimes almost unfair fights.
Merging With Another System: The Call of Duty Pick 10 system, where the player customizes their gun with a restriction of 10 points, was used as a basis for a new system. Bringing this into Pokémon Stadium 2 allows for:
